Since receiving development approval in late February for the $95 million transformation of Club Willoughby, Hyecorp have been working in collaboration with the Board of Club Willoughby to progress the detailed design of the overall Heart of Willoughby project as well as Hyegrove Willoughby, the luxury Retirement Living Community precinct within the Heart of Willoughby project.

Hyecorp are now ready to meet with various community groups to let the community “have their say” in relation to the services, amenity and product offered within Heart of Willoughby’s luxury retirement living precinct, Hyegrove Willoughby.

To ensure Hyecorp deliver the best possible luxury retirement living offering for the community, they are approaching various community groups over the next few weeks to offer a presentation on Hyegrove Willoughby and seek feedback with the intention of delivering a special project which captures the essence of what the community value.

These presentations by Hyecorp will allow the community to hear first-hand about the 8 year journey to date, what is planned in the Heart of Willoughby and to give locals the opportunity to share what they would value in Hyegrove Willoughby, the Retirement Living Community located within the Heart of Willoughby project. It is also an opportunity to hear from Hyecorp who are a local family-owned company who have lived and worked in the Willoughby area for over 30 years.

It is anticipated that Hyegrove Willoughby retirement living apartments will be available to purchase later this year with construction on Heart of Wiloughby commencing in early 2022.
